Refund & Return Policy 

At HMBL. The Label, all items are made to order and sold on a pre-order basis. This means we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or other non-fault-related reasons.  

Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns if the item is:  

• Faulty
• Damaged upon arrival

To request a return for a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at hmbl.thelabel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide:  

• Your order number  
• Clear photos of the issue  

We will arrange a replacement or refund.  

Cancellations & Changes
As each item is made to order, we do not accept cancellations or changes once your order is placed. Please ensure all details, including sizing, are correct before checking out.
