Ordering & Pre-Orders
All items are pre-order only and made to order.  

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified after purchase.  
• Please check sizing and details before completing your order.  

Pricing & Payments

• Prices are in AUD and may change at any time.  
• Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s payment partners 
• We do not store or have access to your payment details.  

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks from the pre-order closing date.  
• Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.  
• You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.  

Returns & Refunds

• As all items are pre-ordered, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. 
• Refunds are only offered for faulty or damaged items. See our Refund Policy for details.  

Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and branding on our website are owned by HMBL. The Label.  
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website or products without permission.
